Shipping / Returns

Shipping:

Overnight (next day delivery in the US)

Express (1-3 business days in the US, Canada, and internationally)

Standard (3-4 business days in the US, 6-12 days in Canada, 5-20 days internationally)

We choose the most suitable and reliable carrier for your shipment, taking into account the shipping method that’s been selected and the end-address. 

 

Order Fulfillment:

It takes 2-7 business days for your order to be fulfilled. Fulfillment time doesn't include shipping time. Our average shipping time is around 4 business days. It can be longer depending on the destination.

Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email. We will notify you once your item(s) are shipped and provide a tracking number. 

 

Returns:

All sales are final - no returns or exchanges. If you received damaged or wrong item(s), please notify us within 5 days of receiving your order.

Cancel:
We do not accept cancelling orders. Once your order is fully placed, you cannot cancel your order. You can not switch items, sizes, or personal information after your order is fully placed. Be sure to order the correct sizes, colors and include the correct address and email.
